To secure your exclusive experience, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon your arrival. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy:

• If you cancel at least 30 days before your tour, you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel between 21 and 30 days before your tour, we will refund your payment, minus a small non-refundable fee to cover planning and administrative costs.

• If you cancel less than 21 days before your tour, the deposit becomes non-refundable due to the preparation involved in crafting your personalized experience.
